I’ve had the great pleasure of working with Laurelle Keashly on a few web projects. Laurelle’s patient and professional coaching enabled me, a newcomer to the Joomla! content management system, to get to grips with a non-profit organisation’s website. She has always been available to answer my newbie questions, guiding me onto better ways of working with the site and sorting out technical woes. Furthermore, she manages technical issues, ranging from updates/upgrades, server and hosting queries, to full website template uploads and installations, in a timely and professional manner. This enables me to concentrate on content creation and day-to-day website maintenance in an efficient manner and with confidence.
