Joomla!™ 1.5 Article Parameters

Attention: open in a new window. PrintE-mail

In Joomla!™ 1.0 configuration of your content items were set in the Global Configuration file. In Joomla!™ 1.5 content items have been renamed to articles and the article parameters have been relocated under the Article Manager.

To change the Article Parameters:

  1. Login as a Super Administrator.
  2. Under the Content menu go to the Article Manager.
  3. Click the Parameters icon in the far right icon bar.
  4. In the pop-up box, set or clear the particular parameters as needed.
  5. Click the Save button at the top of the pop-up window.

Notice that there are now Filtering options in the bottom of the pop-up window. These Filtering options allow you to specify what html code you will allow various levels of users to enter when editing content.
